INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT - Comments: OBSERVED THE FRONT WEATHER STRIPPING WORN AT THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR. MUST REPLACE AND MAINTAIN TO PREVENT POSSIBLE ENTRY POINT FOR PESTS.

WIPING CLOTHS: PROPERLY USED & STORED - Comments: OBSERVED WIPING CLOTHES LAYING ON THE PREP STATIONS. MUST PROPERLY STORE WHEN NOT IN USE IN A SANITIZING SOLUTION.

Wiping cloths must be properly sanitized and stored.

Store in sanitizer between uses (200ppm quat or 50-100ppm chlorine); Separate cloths for food and non-food surfaces; Test sanitizer concentration.
