INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT - Comments: 6-501.111 OBSERVED NO LIVE RODENT ACTIVITY NOTED ON SITE AT THIS TIME. HOWEVER, APPROXIMATELY 60-70 MICE DROPPINGS WERE OBSERVED THROUGHOUT THE FACILITY IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: ON THE FLOORS IN THE MANAGER'S OFFICE, NEAR AND SURROUNDING THE ICE MACHINE AREA, ON THE LEDGE OF THE EQUIPMENT NEXT TO THE ICE MACHINE, IN THE WALL TO THE LEFT AND EQUIPMENT STORED IN THE STORAGE AREA NEAR THE REAR EXIT DOOR, ON CLEAN DISHWARE ON THE STORAGE RACK NEAR THE DISHWASHING AREA, ON THE SHELVING UNITS UNDER THE FOOD PREP TABLES FOOD PREP AREA, METAL POST NEAR THE FUNNEL CAKE/SMOOTHIE PREP AREA, ON THE METAL SURFACE OF THE STOVE TOP IN THE REAR FOOD PREP AREA, THE BULK OF THE DROPPINGS WERE INSIDE OF THE COMPRESSOR UNIT ON THE COLD HOLING UNIT, AND UNDER THE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK NEAR IN THE FUNNEL CAKE/ SMOOTHIE PREP AREA. INSTRUCTED TO ELIMINATE PEST ACTIVITY, CLEAN AND SANITIZE AFFECTED AREAS AND RECOMMENDED CONTACTING PEST CONTROL FOR A SERVICE. FACILITY MUST BE FREE FROM PEST ACTIVITY (NO MICE DROPPINGS) AND MAINTAINED PRIOR TO REQUEST REINSPECTION.
