OBSERVED APPROX. 50 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR OF THE DRY STORAGE ROOM, 20 MOUSE DROPPINGS IN THE FOOD PREP AREA ON THE EDGES OF THE MIXER AND THE ROLLING CART USED TO SUPPORT IT, 20 DROPPINGS ON THE BOTTOM SHELF BELOW THE STEAM TABLE AND SERVICE LINE, 10 DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR OF THE CAFETERIA MANAGER'S OFFICE, 20 DROPPINGS IN THE UNUSED SECOND SERVICE AREA, AND 20 DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR IN THE PRINCIPAL'S OFFICE BEHIND THE BACK TABLE AND SIDES OF THE ROOM. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND REMOVE ALL ALL RODENT DROPPINGS FROM ALL AFFECTED AREAS. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY.
