WATER MUST DRAIN INTO FLOOR DRAIN WITHOUT OVERFLOWING ONTO FLOOR. THIS IS THE ONLY SOURCE OF WASH, RINSE AND SANITIZING OF COOKWARE AND UTENSILS.
