Must remove plastic and provide properly functioning drain stoppers for 3 compartment sink. Observed cardboard used as a liner on shelves in kitchen on main floor. Must remove. Cardboard is not permitted for use as a liner. Observed raw wood on wall above 3 compartment sink in kitchen. Must seal or paint. All surfaces must be non-porous, smooth and easily cleanable. Must maintain all.

Variance required before conducting specialized food processes.
