(FIRST COMPT HAS EACH OWN PIPE AND GREASE TRAP BOX. THE 2ND AND 3RD COMPT SINK HAS EACH OWN PIPE CONNECTING TO THE ANOTHER GREASE TRAP BOX).PLUMBER CAME AND FIXED THE PROBLEM WHILE I WAS TYPING THE REPORT.THE 3RD COMPT SINK IS NOW DRAINING WELL. INSTRUCTED THE MANAGER TO SANITIZE THE SINK BEFORE USING.
