Found 22lbs of Greek yogurt (prepackaged) @ 46.4F-51.8F. Instructed all cold potentially hazardous foods must be held at 40F or less at all times. Operator voluntarily discarded denatured foods during inspection, valued at $41.66. Critical violation 7-38-005(a).
