TWO EMPLOYEES OBSERVED CLEANING WITH DIRTY WIPING CLOTHS WALLS AND METAL SHELVING USING CHEMICAL CLEANER FROM SPRAY BOTTLE THEN CHANGE TASKS TO PREPARE FOODS, SCOOPING FROZEN FRUIT, MIXING JUICES AND ADDING INGREDIENTS WITHOUT WASHING HANDS. ANOTHER EMPLOYEE AT CASH REGISTER HANDLING MONEY THEN PREPARE MIXED JUICES WITHOUT WASHING HANDS. DISCUSSED IMPORTANCE OF ADEQUATE HAND WASHING WITH CERTIFIED MANAGER AND GOOD HYGIENIC PRACTICES. CRITICAL CITATION ISSUED 7-38-005(A).

Food employees must not eat, drink, or use tobacco in food preparation areas.
Eating, drinking, tobacco use only in designated areas; Closed beverage containers with straw allowed in some areas; Proper tasting using clean utensil each time; No personal items in food prep areas.
