ADEQUATE NUMBER, CONVENIENT, ACCESSIBLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED AND INSTALLED - Comments: When toilet and lavatory facilities are provided for the patrons of food establishments, such facilities shall be adequate in number, convenient, accessible, properly designed, and installed according to the municipal code. Found no hot running water at all bathroom sinks in the old building (pump at water tank broken). Must provide hot running water to all handsinks at all times. Citation Issued per rules/regs of municipal code.

Poor ventilation causes condensation that can drip contaminants into food.

Adequate ventilation required in all areas.

Mechanical ventilation where needed; Hoods over cooking equipment; Filters cleaned regularly; Air flows from clean to less clean areas.

FLOORS: CONSTRUCTED PER CODE, CLEANED, GOOD REPAIR, COVING INSTALLED, DUST-LESS CLEANING METHODS USED - Comments: The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. Must clean floors thruout Room 227, elevate stuff off the floors & remove clutter. to prevent pest harborage.

Some water-stained ceiling tiles in annex storage room & at hallway, & any other areas must be replaced.
