THE FOLLOWING AREAS IN THE FOOD PREP AREA WERE OBSERVED WITH EVIDENCE OF MICE DROPPINGS: ON THE CHEMICAL CONTAINERS UNDER THE DRAIN BOARD OF THE HT DISHWASHING MACHINE, ON THE FLOORS UNDER THE DISHWASHING MACHINE UNIT, ON CLEAN DISHWASHWEAR (METAL SHEET TRAYS AND METAL PANS) STORED IN THE DISHWASHING AREA, ON THE FLOOR IN THE MOP SINK CLOSET, ON TOP OF THE TABLE WHERE THE JUICE DISPENSING MACHINE IS STORED, ON THE FLOORS UNDER THE SHELVING UNITS WITH CLEAN DISHWASHWARE, ON THE BOX OF SOLID SUDS STORED ON THE SHELVING UNIT UNDER THE JUICE DISPENSING MACHINE, ON THE SHELVING UNIT UNDER THE FOOD PREP TABLE IN, ON TOP OF BAG OF CORN STARCH, IN THE CREVICES OF THE FLOOR UNDER THE DRAINBOARD OF THE THREE COMPARTMENT SINK, ON THE FLOOR BEHIND AND ON THE SIDE OF THE REFRIGERATOR, ON THE SPEED RACK NEXT TO THE COOKING EQUIPMENT, IN THE WALK-IN COOLER. IN THE INSIDE OF THE DRY STORAGE AREA IN THE FOOD PREP AREA IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: ON THE FLOOR BEHIND THE SHELVING UNIT WHERE PREPACKAGED CONDIMENTS ARE STORED, ON THE METAL UNIT WHERE THE CANNED GOODS ARE STORED, ON TOP OF THE DRY INGREDIENT STORAGE CONTAINER, INSIDE OF A CLEAR BIN WITH CLUTTER. ALSO, OBSERVED LARGER MICE DROPPINGS IN THE LAUNDRY AREA DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM THE FOOD PREP AREA ON THE SINK AND ON THE CHEMICAL CONTAINERS. INSTRUCTED TO ELIMINATE PEST ACTIVITY, CLEAN AND SANITIZE AFFECTED AREAS, EQUIPMENT, AND DISHWARE. RECOMMENDED CONTACTING PEST CONTROL FOR A SERVICE. THE BAG OF CORN STARCH WAS VOLUNTARILY DISCARDED AT THIS TIME. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-020(A), CITATION ISSUED
