FOUND APPROXIMATELY 40-45 MICE DROPIINGS SCATTERED IN KITCHEN UNDER PREP TABLE AND IN CORNERS,IN FURNACE AND MOP SINK CLOSETS AND IN STORAGE CLOSETS. NOTED DROPPINGS IN BASEMENT ON STORAGE SHELVES,IN UNUSED CUBBIE HOLES,UNDER THE STAGE AND ON LANDING IN REAR STAIRWELL. ALSO NOTED APPROXIMATELY 25 DROPPINGS IN THE INFANT CENTER ALONG WALLS IN THE PINK ROOM STORAGE CLOSET,IN THE MOP SINK CLOSET AND UNDER THE WASHBOWLS IN THE BOYS WASHROOM. OBSERVED 5-6 LIVE SMALL FLIES IN KITCHEN,IN WASHROOM,IN MOP SINK CLOSET AND THROUGHOUT 1ST FLOOR. MUST REMOVE DROPPINGS AND INSECTS,SANITIZE AFFECTED AREAS AND HAVE THE PEST CONTROL COMPANY SERVICE AREAS. ALSO FOUND A 1/4 INCH GAP ALONG THE BOTTOM OF THE 7419 FRONT ENTRANCE DOOR AND A 1/4 INCH GAP BETWEEN THE TWO EXIT DOORS IN THE INFANT CENTER PINK CLASSROOM.
