NO BARE HAND CONTACT WITH RTE FOOD OR A PRE-APPROVED ALTERNATIVE PROCEDURE PROPERLY ALLOWED - Comments: Observed 2 food handlers using bare hands to handle tortillas/ assemble tacos in rear prep area. Instructed may not use bare hand contact with ready to eat foods. Must use utensils or wear gloves. Food handlers discarded denatured foods, washed hands, put gloves on and began using utensils during inspection. Priority violation 7-38-010. Citation issued.
