Must detail clean and sanitize area. Must eliminate pest issue. Serious violation 7-38-020.

Building openings must be protected against pest entry.

Doors tight-fitting and self-closing; Windows screened; Openings sealed; Pest control log maintained; Regular monitoring; Professional service when needed.

WALLS, CEILINGS, ATTACHED EQUIPMENT CONSTRUCTED PER CODE: GOOD REPAIR, SURFACES CLEAN AND DUST-LESS CLEANING METHODS - Comments: Observed several large and small holes in ceiling above rear prep (and dish) area on the main floor. Observed missing/damaged wall tile along the bottom of the corner near stairs of basement prep area. Must repair all holes to prevent pest entry. Must maintain same.
