HOT WATER MEASURED AT 91 F IN HALLWAY HANDWASHING SINK. HOT WATER IN BOY'S TOILET ROOM TURNED OFF. ALL HAND WASHING SINKS MUST HAVE A MINIMUM TEMPERATURE OF 100 F HOT WATER FOR HAND WASHING.
