ALSO OBSERVED A LIVE MOUSE TRAPPED ON A GLUEBOARD IN THE STORAGE ROOM. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY. MUST CLEAN AND REMOVE THE RODENT DROPPINGS FROM ALL AFFECTED AREAS. PRIORITY 7-38-020(A). CITATION ISSUED.
