OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 25 RAT DROPPINGS IN MAIN PREP AREA ON THE FLOOR ON THE SIDE OF COOKING EQUIPMENT, IN REAR BOILER ROOM, AND ON FLOORS IN CORNERS AND SHELVES THROUGHOUT ATTIC. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND REMOVE ALL RODENT DROPPINGS FROM ALL AFFECTED AREAS. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY. PRIORITY FOUNDATION #7-38-020(A).
