ALL BAIT MUST BE ENCLOSED IN PROPER CONTAINERS. NO PEST CONTROL LOG BOOK AVAILABLE DURING INSPECTION. PREMISES MUST BE SERVICED BY A LICENSED EXTERMINATOR.
