ALSO NOTED GARBAGE ON GROUND AROUND RECEPTACLES. MUST REMOVE ALL EXCESSIVE GARBAGE FROM RECEPTACLES AND FROM THE GROUND,PROPERLY CLOSE ALL LIDS AND PROPERLY MAINTAIN GARBAGE AREA. SERIOUS CITATION ISSUED 7-38-020.
