THERE WERE APPROXIMATELY 5 CONTAINERS OF CHICKEN WINGS SITTING OUT ON COUNTER AND 2 BOXES OF CHICKEN TENDERS. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO DISCARD ALL FOOD AND DENATURE IMMEDIATELY. ALL FOOD WEIGHING APPROXIMATELY 100 LBS AT A COST OF $200.00. PRIORITY VIOLATION. 7-38-005. CITATION ISSUED.
