INSTRUCTED TO ENSURE HOT WATER AVAILABITILY AT MINIMUM OF 110F IN 3 COMPARTMENT SINK AT ALL TIMES TO MAINTAIN WAREWASHING EQUIPMENT. PRIORITY VIOLATION, 7-38-025. CITATION ISSUED.
