Area is not properly enclosed. Garage doors are open gate on top, and have 1-3 inch gaps along bottom (of right door) and in all corner of both doors. Must fully enclosed area by making garage doors rodent and insect proof, or must remove all items stored from this area. Serious violation 7-38-020.
