OBSERVED NO SNEEZEGUARDS IN PLACE FOR STUDENTS IN LINE WAITING TO RECEIVE THEIR FOOD. SALADS ARE MADE DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF STUDENTS ALONG THE SERVICE LINE. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO INSTALL A SNEEZEGUARD FROM THE EXISTING SNEEZEGUARD TO THE END OF THE SERVICE LINE WHERE SALADS ARE PREPARED. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-005. CITATION ISSUED.
