OBSERVED ABOUT 10 RODENT DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR AND STAIRS IN BETWEEN THE WEST STAIRWELL AND THE STOVE, ABOUT 15 RODENT DROPPINGS IN BETWEEN DOUBLE DOOR OVEN AND HOT HOLDING UNIT, ABOUT 10 RODENT DROPPINGS AROUND THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK GREASE TRAP AND UNDER THE REFRIGERATION UNITS, AND ABOUT 2 RODENT DROPPINGS ON SERVICE TABLES LOCATED UNDER THE WINDOWS, ALL SAID AREAS LOCATED IN THE FOOD PREP AREA. OBSERVED ABOUT 5 RODENT DROPPINGS IN THE ENGINE ROOMS WHERE REFRIGERATION UNITS ARE LOCATED. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE AFFECTED AREAS AND RECOMMENDED CONTACTING PEST CONTROL FOR A SERVICE. SEWAGE & WASTE WATER PROPERLY DISPOSED - Comments: 5-402.13 OBSERVED THE TOILET ROOMS LOCATED IN THE ANNEX SCHOOL UNIT OUT OF ORDER. PER THE ENGINEER, TOILET ROOMS WERE BEING ROTTED DUE TO SEWAGE BACKUP. INSTRUCTED TO CONVEY SEWAGE AT ALL TIMES PROPERLY. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-030(C).
