ALSO OBSERVED 2 LIVE COCKROACHES ON THE FLOOR OF THE 2ND FLOOR FOOD SERVICE STATION IN THE DINING ROOM. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY IN ALL AREAS. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(A). CITATION ISSUED.
