ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE - Comments: Observed no hand washing sink easily available at serving line in cafeteria room. Must install a dedicated, exposed hand washing sink in the same room as the serving line where open TCS foods are being hot held and dispensed for students. Hand sinks must be equipped with Hot/cold water, soap/paper towels, hand washing signage and adequate city pressure. Must install and maintain same. Priority foundation 7-38-030(c).
