MUST INCREASE THE RUN TIME TO AT LEAST 15 SECONDS ON THE SELF CLOSING FAUCETS IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: THE 1ST FLOOR GIRLS RESTROOM, THE BASEMENT BOYS RESTROOM AND THE 2ND FLOOR BOYS RESTROOM. ONE OF THE TWO HANDSINKS IN THE BOYS 2ND FLOOR BATHROOM DOES NOT HAVE HOT WATER. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE HOT WATER AT ALL HAND SINKS AND TO USE THE OTHER AVAILABLE SINK UNTIL PROVIDED. SERIOUS VIOLATION. 7-42-090.
