AN OPEN SEAM ON THE SPRAYER SINK AT THE DISHMACHINE MUST BE SELAED, TO PREVENT WATER SEEPAGE. All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair.
