WASTELINE PIPE(STACK) ROTTED OUT WHICH MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO ROD OUT THE LINE, CURRENTLY WASTE WATER AND SEWAGE FILLS UP IN SUB FLOOR AREA AND IS PUMPED OUT TO THE CATCH BASIN IN REAR STORAGE ROOM. WASTE WATER FROM WASH BOWL IS RUNNING INTO A BUCKET. NEW PIPES MUST BE INSTALLED SO THAT ALL WASTE AND SEWAGE CAN BE PROPERLY PISPOSED OF. CITATION ISSUED-CRITICL 7-38-030.
