Handwashing sinks must be accessible, properly supplied, and used only for handwashing.

Each sink needs: Warm water (100°F minimum); Soap in dispensers; Paper towels or air dryers; Waste receptacles; Signage; Clear access; Used only for handwashing.

INSECTS, RODENTS, & ANIMALS NOT PRESENT - Comments: OBSERVED EVIDENCE OF MICE ON PREMISES. FOUND 40-50 MOUSE DROPPINGS IN THE REAR STORAGE ROOM ON THE FLOOR UNDERNEATH STORAGE SHELVES. ALSO FOUND 6-8 DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR OF THE WASHROOMS IN THE DINING AREA. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN ALL AFFECTED AREAS AND HAVE PEST CONTROL SERVICE PRIOR TO REINSPECTION. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(A) ISSUED.
