INSTRUCTED TO ONLY USE FOOD GRADE BAGS OR FOOD GRADE CONTAINERS FOR ALL ITEMS. #49 INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN THE FOLLOWING EQUIPMENT: INTERIOR BOTTOM OF FRYER, INTERIORS AND SHELVES OF REFRIGERATION UNITS (WALK IN COOLER AND TWO DOOR UNIT), EXTERIOR SURFACES OF ALL COOKING EQUIPMENT, BOTTOMS OF ALL PREP TABLES AND ROLLING CARTS. #51 OBSERVED THE FRONT AND REAR EXPOSED HANDSINK DRAINING SLOWLY: INSTRUCTED TO CORRECT SO THAT SINKS DRAIN PROPERLY. OBSERVED A LEAK FROM THE PIPE UNDERNEATH THE MIDDLE COMPARTMENT OF THE THREE COMP SINK; INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR LEAK. #55 OBSERVED OPENINGS AROUND PIPES GOING INTO THE WALL IN THE UTILITY CLOSET: INSTRUCTED TO SEAL OPENINGS AROUND PIPES WHERE NEEDED. #55 OBSERVED STORAGE AREA CLUTTERED WITH ITEMS; INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE UNNECESSARY ITEMS TO AVOID CLUTTER. #56 OBSERVED THE VENTS ABOVE THE COOKING EQUIPMENT IN NEED OF CLEANING; CLEAN VENTS AND MAINTAIN. #57 INSTRUCTED THAT ALL FOOD HANDLERS MUST OBTAIN THE REQUIRED FOOD HANDLER TRAINING. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-42-090 ISSUED.
