INSTRUCTED MANAGEMENT TO REMOVE THE TRASH FROM THE SURROUNDING GROUND AROUND THE DUMPSTERS AND TO STORE INSIDE DUMPSTERS SO THAT IT IS INACCESSIBLE TO PESTS.
