IN CLASS 920-980 BEHIND THE BLUE AND RED CABINET THERE ARE DROPPINGS. IN THE LUNCHROOM MANAGER ROOM/STORAGE AREA, BEHIND THE GREASE TRAP IN DISH AREA, ALSO IN CORNER BEFORE DISH ROOM. ALSO NOTED DROPPINGS IN LUNCHROOM REAR EXIT UNDER WET FLOOR MARKERS. OBSERVED 3 LIVE ANTS AT ENTRANCE TO LUNCHROOM BY THE GARBAGE CANS.ALSO REAR DOOR 3 BROKEN WON'T CLOSE.NOT RODENT PROOFED MUST KEEP DOOR CLOSED/TIGHT FITTING.SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020. HAVE PEST CONTROL RETURN FOR SERVICE, FILL ALL HOLES REPAIR DOOR/RODENT PROOF.REMOVE ALL DROPPINGS CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL AREAS.
