ADEQUATE NUMBER, CONVENIENT, ACCESSIBLE, PROPERLY DESIGNED AND INSTALLED - Comments: OBSERVED THE CUSTOMER RESTROOM TOILET NOT FLUSHING AND WATER LEAKING FROM THE BASE. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN ALL PLUMBING AND RESTROOMS. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-030

Mechanical ventilation where needed; Hoods over cooking equipment; Filters cleaned regularly; Air flows from clean to less clean areas.

FOOD AND NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES PROPERLY DESIGNED, CONSTRUCTED AND MAINTAINED - Comments: OBSERVED BUILT UP ICE INSIDE OF THE BACK OF THE 3 DOOR REACH IN FREEZER. ALSO OBSERVED THE LIQUOR COOLER REACH IN DOOR GASKETS TORN AND TAPED. IN STRUCTED TO REMOVE ALL ICE BUILD UP AND REPLACE LIQUOR COOL REACH IN DOOR GASKETS.
