INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR OR REPLACE STAFF RESTROOM HANDWASHING SINK FAUCET TO PROVIDE WATER FOR AT LEAST 15 SECONDS BEFORE REQUIRING RE-ACTIVATION AND MAINTAIN.
