ALSO NOTED 20 MICE DROPPINGS SCATTER ON THE BOTTOM SHELF OF THE GRILL. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO REMOVE AND DETAIL CLEAN AFFECTED AREAS. ALSO CALL PEST CONTROL FOR SERVICE. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(A) ISSUED.

NON-FOOD/FOOD CONTACT SURFACES CLEAN - Comments: MUST DETAIL CLEAN THE INTERIOR TOP OF THE PREP SERVICE COOLER. DEFROST AND CLEAN THE INTERIOR OF THE DEEP FREEZER TO REMOVE ICE BUILD UP AND DEBRIS.
