INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN ALL AREAS AND TO ELIMINATE FLY ACTIVITY BY CLOSING THE FRONT ENTRANCE DOOR AND REPAIRING THE SCREEN OF THE REAR EXIT DOOR. SERIOUS VIOLATION ISSUED 7-38-020.
