WHEN ASKED TO HAVE THEM REPLACED WAS TOLD THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY MORE PAPER TOWELS ON PREMISES THAT FIT DISPENSERS.OBSERVED KINDERGARTEN CLASSROOM EXITING BATHROOM AND USING HAND SANITIZER TO SUBSTITUTE FOR HAND WASHING. INSTRUCTED TEACHER THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTION FOR HAND WASHING AND HAND SANITIZER CAN ONLY BE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH PROPER HAND WASHING. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-030
