NO EVIDENCE OF RODENT OR INSECT OUTER OPENINGS PROTECTED/RODENT PROOFED, A WRITTEN LOG SHALL BE MAINTAINED AVAILABLE TO THE INSPECTORS - Comments: FOUND RODENT (MOUSE) ACTIVITY ON PREMISES AS DESCRIBED: THIRTY RODENT DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR UNDER THE COUNTERS AND ALONG SIDE THE COOKING EQUIPMENT IN THE PREP AREA. FOUND FIFTEEN UNDER THE COUNTER IN THE COFFEE SERVING AREA, FOUND EIGHT IN THE PREP AREA WHERE THE CONVECTION OVEN IS LOCATED UNDERNEATH THE COUNTER, FOUND FORTY IN THE DISH WASHING AREA BEHIND THE DISH WASHER ON THE FLOOR AND BY THE UTILITY SINK ON THE FLOOR AND THREE ON THE FLOOR IN THE CORNER AREA REAR WALL IN THE CATERING PREP AREA. MUST CLEAN ALL AFFECTED AREAS AND HAVE PEST CONTROL COMPANY SERVICE PRIOR TO REINSPECTION NEXT WEEK. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
