OBSERVED THE HOT WATER HANDLER TO NOT FULLY ENGAGE AT ALL TIMES IN THE 2ND FLOOR UTILITY SINK. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO SERVICE ALL PLUMBING ISSUES AND LEAKS AND MAINTAIN IN GOOD REPAIR.
