NO EVIDENCE OF RODENT OR INSECT OUTER OPENINGS PROTECTED/RODENT PROOFED, A WRITTEN LOG SHALL BE MAINTAINED AVAILABLE TO THE INSPECTORS - Comments: OVER 50 MOUSE DROPPINGS WERE FOUND IN THE SEATING AREA PERIMETER AND UNDER THE COOLERS. TWO RODENT HOLES WERE FOUND, ONE UNDER THE FRONT ENTRANCE WAY SEATING AREA AND ONE IN THE RESTAURANT REAR SEATING AREA NEXT TO THE ELECTRICAL CLOSET. REMOVE ALL EVIDENCE OF PEST ACTIVITY, SEAL UP ANY POSSIBLE RODENT OPENINGS AND WASH, RINSE AND SANITIZE ALL OF THE AFFECTED AREAS. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
