FRONT EXPOSED HAND SINK NOT ACCESSIBLE, BOLCKED BY A LATTER AND A SHELVING. OWNER REMOVES BLOCKAGE. ALL EXPOSED HAND SINKS MUST BE ACCESSIBLE FOR THE WASHING OF HANDS.
