INSTRUCTED TO WASH HANDS AFTER CONTAMINATING HANDS BEFORE PUTTING ON NEW GLOVES AND PREPARING FOOD. FRIES WERE DISCARDED APPROXIMATELY 3LBS AT $4.50. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-010, CITATION ISSUED
