HAND WASHING FACILITIES: WITH SOAP AND SANITARY HAND DRYING DEVICES, CONVENIENT AND ACCESSIBLE TO FOOD PREP AREA - Comments: THE EXPOSED HANDWASHING SINK IN THE DISHWASHING AREA WAS NOT ACCESSIBLE FOR USE AND WAS NOT PROPERLY SUPPLIED WITH SOAP AND A HAND DRYING DEVICE. OBSERVED THE FLOOR BUFFER, MOP BUCKETS AND MOBILE STORAGE RACKS STORED IN FRONT OF THE HANDWASHING SINK AND ELECTRIC HAND DRYER. ALSO, OBSERVED NO SOAP IN THE SOAP DISPENSER AND THE HAND DRYER UNPLUGGED. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED THAT ALL HANDWASHING SINKS MUST BE ACCESSIBLE FOR USE AND SUPPLIED WITH SOAP AND A HAND DRYING DEVICE OR PAPER TOWELS. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-030.
