STILL OBSERVED ABOUT 150-180 MICE DROPPINGS IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: IN THE FOOD PREP AREA ON THE FLOOR IN THE DRY STORAGE CLOSET IN , ON THE FLOOR; ALONG THE WALLS NEAR AND BEHIND THE EQUIPMENT IN THE TEACHERS LOUNGE, ON THE FLOOR BY THE DOOR, UNDER THE PALLETS AND THE CLEANING EQUIMENT STORED AT THE REAR IN THE CHEMICAL STORAGE AREA IN THE CAFETERIA, AND ON THE FLOORS ALONG THE WALLS IN THE CUSTODIAN BREAK ROOM INSIDE THE TWO CLOSETS AND ON THE SIDE OF THE BROWN SHELVING UNIT IN THE CUSTODIAL BREAKROOM, ALL THE SAID AREAS ARE INSIDE OF THE CAFETERIA AND ACROSS FROM THE FOOD PREP AREA. ALSO, ON THE FLOORS BEHIND THE SHELVING UNITS IN THE DRY FOOD STORAGE ROOM. INSTRUCTED TO ELIMINATE PEST ACTIVITY, CLEAN AND SANITIZE AFFECTED AREAS AND RECOMMENDED CONTACTING PEST CONTROL FOR A SERVICE. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-020(A), NO CITATION ISSUED
