SCHOOL ENGINEER MANUALLY TURNED ON HOT WATER FUNCTION UNDER SINK AND WATER WAS NOTED IMPROPER AT 72F. INFORMED HOT WATER AT ALL HAND WASHING SINKS MUST BE AT LEAST 100F. HANDSINK IS NOW MAINTAINED AT 101F. PRIORITY VIOLATION #7-38-030(C). NO CITATION ISSUED.
