THERE ARE ALSO GARBAGE BAGS THAT ARE OVERFLOWING OVER THE TOP OF THE DUMPSTERS SO THAT THE DUMPSTER LIDS CANNOT BE CLOSED. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN THE OUTSIDE GARBAGE AREA AND PROVIDE ADEQUATE GARBAGE PICKUPS SO THAT GARBAGE DOES NOT OVERFLOW THE TOP OF THE DUMPSTERS.
