ALSO OBSERVED TWO OPEN WINDOWS IN PREP AREA WITH APPROXIMATELY 4 INCH OPENINGS IN THE LOWER LEFT CORNERS OF EACH WINDOW SCREEN. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR SCREENS AND MAKE TIGHT FITTING AND FREE FROM HOLES. SERIOUS CITATION ISSUED 7-38-020
