FROM 2ND FLOOR WINDOW OBSERVED THE SAME OPEN GATE SURROUNDED BY A GATED STRUCTURE CONNECTED TO THE WALL. INSIDE THIS STRUCTURE OBSERVED 5 DEAD BIRDS WITH BIRD FECAL MATTER AND FEATHER. THIS AREA SUPPLIES FRESH AIR TO ENTIRE BUILDING. INSTRUCTED ENGINEER TO HAVE OUTER OPENING SEALED AND PROTECTED TO PREVENT PEST INFESTATION. WALLS, CEILINGS, ATTACHED EQUIPMENT CONSTRUCTED PER CODE: GOOD REPAIR, SURFACES CLEAN AND DUST-LESS CLEANING METHODS - Comments: The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. MUST REMOVE PEELING PAINT ON KITCHEN WALL NEXT TO HOOD VENT AND REPAIR. MUST REPLACE CEILING TILE IN PREP AREA NEAR 3 COMPARTMENT SINK.

REPLACE BURNT OUT LIGHT BULBS IN DINING AREA.
