FROM 2ND FLOOR WINDOW OBSERVED THE SAME OPEN GATE SURROUNDED BY A GATED STRUCTURE CONNECTED TO THE WALL. INSIDE THIS STRUCTURE OBSERVED 5 DEAD BIRDS WITH BIRD FECAL MATTER AND FEATHER. THIS AREA SUPPLIES FRESH AIR TO ENTIRE BUILDING. INSTRUCTED ENGINEER TO HAVE OUTER OPENING SEALED AND PROTECTED TO PREVENT PEST INFESTATION.
