WE CONTINUE TO OBSERVE RODENT MICE DROPPINGS APPROXIMATELY 15 IN EAT-IN CONNECTED PREK-CLASSROOMS,1 LIVE MOUSE BEHIND A CLUTTERED METAL CABINET IN ROOM#105.MUST IMMEDIATELY DETAIL,CLEAN,SANITIZE ALL AFFECTED AREAS,REMOVE UNNECESSARY ARTICLES,PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED.THE CDPH OFFICE,SUPERVISOR A.LOPEZ NOTIFIED REGARDING THE ABOVE.A 48 HOUR NOTICE IS ISSUED AT THIS TIME WILL RETURN FOR REINSPECTION ON WEDNESDAY 11/16/11.INSTRUCTED MANAGER THAT THE STUDENTS FROM THE SAID PRE-K CLASSROOMS MUST NOT DINE IN CLASSROOMS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE FROM THE CDPH.CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-42-090.
