ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE - Comments: Observed the following issues at the restroom washbowl sinks: cold water continuously running at right sink in boys near lunchroom (BSMT); right sink no water available in girls on BSMT level; no water available at left handsink in staff restroom (in locker room) BSMT level; and slow draining sink in girls restroom on 2nd fl near room 204. Must make all neccessary repairs. Observed water does not stay on once metered faucets pressed in girls and boys restrooms on 2nd floor of modular building. Must set all metered faucet timers to minimum of 15 seconds. Must maintain all.
